Suncrest Mobile Home Park I and Suncrest Mobile Home Park II are all-age manufactured home communities.
Suncrest I was built in 1984, and has a total of 179 spaces. Suncrest II was built in 1985 and has a total of 177 spaces.
The base rent is $665 per month for NEW rentals (updated 2/1/2025, rate may change without notice, call the office for the latest information).

There is a $50 non-refundable Application Fee for each applicant over the age of 18 wishing to apply to the park. Application forms may be obtained by visiting our office.
Security deposit is not required.
Our streets are well lit with patio lanterns in front of each home. We have on-site Managers and a Courtesy Patrol for each park. We are a member of the Peoria Crime Free Multi-Housing Program.
