Amenities
Both parks feature a large Clubhouse that can accommodate up to 145 people. Inside each Clubhouse is a full kitchen.
The Suncrest I Clubhouse features a Television, Game table and a nice reading area for tenants use. There is one regulation Billiard Table in the billiard room and an Exercise room.
The Suncrest II Clubhouse features a Television and a DVD Player for tenants use. There are several books to read or borrow and a nice reading area for tenant use. There is one regulation sized Billiard Table in the Billiard Room and a Card Table for anyone interested in a game of cards! There is also an Exercise room.
The Clubhouse may be rented short-term for tenant events such as wedding receptions. Commercial rental of the clubhouse is NOT available.
Both parks have a large well-maintained swimming pool that is open year-round. Suncrest 2 will have a heated swimming pool (expected implementation April 2025).

Suncrest 1 has 4 new doggie stations with benches.
Suncrest 2 has a new Pickleball court, doggie park, and gazebo.
